Delivery by our own truck fleet
We operate our own trucking fleet in the United States, providing customers with stable, fully controllable trucking services that cover the entire end-to-end logistics chain—pickup and delivery, transshipment, and last-mile distribution—while leveraging a wholly owned operating model to ensure consistent service quality and capacity reliability. In the cross-border logistics value chain, trucking is one of the most critical links—and also one of the most susceptible to external factors. By building and managing our own fleet, we maintain firm control over transport capacity, delivering a predictable and reliable last-mile delivery experience for our customers.
1. Controllable transportation capacity resources, ensuring worry-free service during peak seasons.
We operate our own fleet of trucks and drivers, ensuring stable capacity and flexible dispatching, enabling us to handle a wide range of transportation needs, including container pickup at ports, cargo collection at airports, warehouse transshipment, and last-mile delivery.
- Port container pickup: We serve major U.S. ports including Los Angeles, Long Beach, New York, New Jersey, Houston, Seattle, Oakland, and Savannah, with our own fleet providing priority service to minimize terminal dwell time and effectively reduce container detention and demurrage charges.
- Airport Pickup: Covering major international airports such as Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD), and New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), we offer expedited pickup and transfer services.
- Warehouse Transshipment: Supports rapid transshipment from ports/airports to overseas warehouses, FBA warehouses, and third-party warehouses, enabling flexible allocation of goods across the warehousing network.
- Last-mile delivery: We undertake last-mile delivery services from warehouses to commercial addresses, residential addresses, platform warehouses, and retail stores, covering both full-container-load and less-than-container-load delivery modes.
- The core value of the self-operated model lies in: During peak seasons, capacity remains manageable, and service response times are unaffected by fluctuations in the external capacity market; the driver team is managed centrally, ensuring service quality is traceable and subject to performance evaluation; vehicle resources are allocated in a unified manner, leading to higher dispatch efficiency and a more optimized cost structure.
2. Professional dispatch team to ensure on-time delivery
We employ dedicated dispatch personnel to monitor vehicle locations and transport status in real time, meticulously plan routes, swiftly respond to anomalies, and thereby ensure on-time delivery and high-quality service.
- Real-time monitoring: Utilizing GPS and a dispatch system, the travel trajectory, estimated time of arrival, dwell time, and other relevant information for each truck are tracked in real time, enabling end-to-end visibility of the transportation status.
- Precise Route Planning: By integrating real-time traffic conditions, port congestion information, and warehouse appointment schedules, the system dynamically plans the optimal driving route to minimize unnecessary mileage and waiting time.
- Exceptionally rapid response: In response to unexpected situations such as traffic congestion, port delays, inclement weather, and vehicle breakdowns, the dispatch team intervenes immediately to coordinate contingency plans and minimize disruptions to delivery timeliness.
- Multi-vehicle collaborative dispatch: In complex scenarios such as multi-shipment deliveries and multi-destination routing, the dispatch system can enable multi-vehicle collaboration, optimize capacity allocation, and enhance overall transportation efficiency.
3. Nationwide network coverage, supporting diversified delivery
We have established a trucking network spanning all 50 U.S. states, with key ports and major cities such as Los Angeles, Long Beach, New York, Chicago, Houston, Seattle, Dallas, Atlanta, Oakland, and Savannah serving as pivotal nodes.
- Full-container shipping: We offer full-container-load shipping services in a variety of container sizes, including 20-foot, 40-foot, and 45-foot containers, supporting multiple delivery scenarios such as port-to-port direct delivery, warehouse-to-warehouse delivery, and warehouse-to-store delivery.
- Less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation: For small-batch shipments, we offer less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation services that flexibly meet the delivery needs of small and medium-sized businesses while balancing timeliness and cost.
- Regional distribution: Leveraging hub nodes in core cities to consolidate and sort goods within the region, thereby enhancing last-mile delivery efficiency;
- Interstate Long-Distance: We offer interstate long-haul transportation services, supporting full-container-load and less-than-container-load shipments across key routes such as West Coast to Central U.S., West Coast to East Coast, and East Coast to Central U.S., thereby meeting customers’ nationwide cargo redistribution needs.
4. Service stability assurance and standardized operations management
Through our self-operated model, we have established a standardized operations management system to ensure service stability and controllable quality:
- Driver Training System: Establish a systematic driver recruitment, training, and performance evaluation mechanism to ensure that the driver team possesses professional driving skills, safety awareness, and customer service orientation.
- Vehicle Maintenance Mechanism: Establish a stringent vehicle maintenance and inspection regime, conduct regular safety inspections and maintenance to ensure vehicles are in good condition, and thereby reduce the risk of breakdowns en route.
- Service Quality Assessment: Establish service quality assessment standards, incorporating metrics such as on-time performance, safety records, and customer satisfaction into the evaluation system to continuously enhance service quality.
- Safety Management System: Establish and refine a comprehensive safety management system that encompasses driver safety training, vehicle safety inspections, insurance coverage, and emergency response protocols for accidents, thereby providing all-round protection for both cargo and personnel.

- Electronic Acknowledgment of Receipt: Supports electronic delivery confirmation and management of delivery receipts, facilitating customer verification, settlement, and after-sales traceability.
- API Integration: Supports integration with customers’ ERP, WMS, and OMS systems to enable automated transmission of transportation data and real-time status updates, thereby enhancing overall operational automation.
7. Transparent Pricing and Professional Assurance
We adhere to a clear and transparent fee structure, setting fares based on factors such as transportation distance, container type/cargo volume, and delivery address type, while strictly prohibiting any hidden charges. For special circumstances that may arise—such as waiting fees, residential-address surcharges, unloading-difficulty fees, and remote-area delivery surcharges—we provide full disclosure in our quotes and offer practical recommendations for avoidance. Leveraging our own fleet of trucks and expert dispatch capabilities, we deliver stable, reliable, and predictable trucking services to our customers.
