East Coast Special Line

East Coast Special Line

We provide professional, stable, and economical full container load (FCL) and less than container load (LCL) card shipping services for the US East Coast Special Line. This service relies on the stable routes of ZIM/OA alliance shipping companies and is designed specifically for goods that require direct access to FBA warehouses and commercial addresses in the eastern United States. It provides a one-stop solution from Chinese ports of origin to destination ports in the eastern United States.

1. Direct line, stable route
We offer a fixed route from South China, operated by ZIM/OA alliance shipping companies, directly to the Port of New York (NY) in the United States. This dedicated line service has the core advantages of stable shipping schedules and guaranteed cabin space, which can effectively reduce transit links, avoid congestion risks in ports in the western United States, and provide a more reliable and predictable sea transportation channel for goods bound for the eastern United States.

2. Accurately cover the core warehouse group in the eastern United States
This dedicated line deeply covers major FBA warehouses and commercial areas on the East Coast of the United States, with a wide service network that can meet diverse warehousing and distribution needs:

  • Core area: Accurate service for mainstream FBA warehouse codes in the East Coast, including TEB6/TEB9, ABE8, ACY2, AVP1, PHL6, CLT2, BOS7, etc.
  • Wide delivery: The service scope extends to key logistics hubs in New York and surrounding states, providing strong support for customers' East Coast business expansion.

3. Flexible taxation and controllable costs

  • We offer two modes: tax inclusive and non tax inclusive, to meet the refined management needs of different customers for cost and compliance:
  • Tax inclusive channel: Adopting a simplified billing model of "unit price/KG" (1CBM=167KG), the price includes customs clearance and tariffs (excluding inspection fees and other actual sales), the process is simple, and the cost is clear.
  • Non tax channels: billing is based on "unit price/CBM", with additional customs clearance fees required. Tariffs, inspection fees, and other expenses shall be reimbursed on a case by case basis, and are applicable to customers who have independent tax declaration needs or high value of goods.

Both modes enjoy discounts on heavy goods (such as 0.5 off for 1:200, 1 off for 1:300, and 2 off for 1:500), significantly reducing the logistics costs of heavy goods.

4. Professional operation and timeliness guarantee
We provide standardized professional operating procedures and give clear time expectations:

  • Reference Time: Provides a reference warehousing time of 45-55 days after the ship departs (depending on the specific warehouse area) to help you accurately plan the inventory replenishment cycle.
  • Professional services: covering domestic customs declaration, booking, destination port clearance connection, and final card delivery, ensuring smooth transportation of goods from departure to warehousing.
  • Risk Warning: The quotation has taken into account common risks such as congestion in the United States and is subject to actual sailing. Management expectations are transparent.
